What is your return policy?
Eligible, non-custom merchandise may be returned if you contact Medallion Jewelers within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery for orders in the United States and Canada.
For eligible EU orders, the request period is 14 calendar days, subject to applicable consumer laws.
All returns must be authorized by Medallion Jewelers before being shipped back.

Yes! We are located in downtown Portland, Oregon at 308 SW Alder St 97204.
Come visit us any time Monday-Friday from 9 am to 4 pm no appointment necessary.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are generally shipped within 1–2 business days after placement.
