Shipping policy

Orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Please note that we can only ship to the United States, Canada, and Europe (EU).

High-value shipments may require an adult signature or other delivery verification.

For security reasons, Medallion Jewelers may require additional identity, payment or address verification before shipping an order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Customers should promptly notify Medallion Jewelers of any shipping problem, damage, missing package or delivery discrepancy.

Do not discard packaging if a shipment arrives damaged.

If a return is accepted for any reason other than our error, shipping/insurance may not be refundable except where required by applicable law.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, security reviews and other circumstances outside Medallion Jewelers’ reasonable control may affect delivery.
